As an associate consultant, Julia plays a key role in developing project deliverables and manages a portfolio of client projects. She has a strong commitment to ethical practice and is especially passionate about working with nonprofit organizations.
Prior to joining McKinley, Julia worked at the University of Chicago Health Lab where she helped conduct qualitative interviews, engage in data analysis, and assess the implementation of research studies. She has a deep interest in data analytics and implementation science.
Julia earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Psychology from Valparaiso University and a master’s degree in Social Work, Social Policy and Social Administration from the University of Chicago. During her time as a student, she was involved in two Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committees at her undergraduate and graduate universities.
When she’s not working, you can find her at the gym or in the kitchen trying new recipes! She loves to hike and is running in her first half-marathon in the fall.
