McKinley Advisors Recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work” for Third Consecutive Year by Washington Business Journal
Washington, D.C. — McKinley Advisors, an association consulting firm, has been named as one of Washington Business Journal's "Best Places to Work" in the Washington, D.C. region for the third year in a row.
To become an honoree, nominated businesses were invited to participate in employee engagement surveys distributed by Quantum Workplace. The survey evaluated factors including trust with coworkers and in senior leaders, engagement, team and manager effectiveness, retention, communication, people practices and more. Based on the results of those surveys, 75 companies from the Greater Washington area were selected.
“I’m overjoyed that McKinley has been recognized as one of Washington Business Journal’s Best Places to Work for three consecutive years. Our team members bring an immense amount of experience, knowledge and drive to the workplace. Through ongoing discussions and surveys, we actively refine our people-centric approach, nurturing our culture and advancing our talent initiatives,” said Karli Susi, MBA, McKinley Advisors Chief Operating Officer.
